The industry usually recommends a distance of 8 to 10 feet between screw piles, depending on the type of structure.

YES! Pro Post Foundations piles have been submitted to extensive engineering testing to ensure that they meet the Building Code’s requirements. Our screw piles have been certified by the Canadian Construction Materials Centre (license number 13608-R) to ensure your satisfaction. The Canadian Construction Materials Centre is the governing agency responsible for the testing and approval of construction materials listed in the National Building Code. We are proud that our product is listed among them.

Our screw pile shafts are made out of smooth metal so frost has no hold on them. Moreover, as we have said before, our screw piles are driven beneath the frost line. The sleeves you mention have a tendency to ride up on the piles under certain conditions and don’t always find their way back down again, which can cause problems to your structure over time.

YES! Pro Post Foundations’ products are guaranteed against any type of manufacturing defect. We also guarantee our installation so you can rest assured that the work has been well done.

YES! Our adaptable machinery and equipment is at ease on sloping terrain and even in hard to reach locations. Contact the Pro Post Foundations installer nearest you.

YES! We have developed various techniques to install piles underneath existing structures. Don’t hesitate to call one of our installers! After all, impossible only means that you haven’t found the solution yet!

Before we can give you the price of the screw piles that will support your structure, a number of factors must first be considered. The type of screw piles installed under a roofless patio would not necessarily be the same as those supporting a large home addition. Therefore, the dimensions and intended use of the structure are important in determining the size and number of screw piles required to support your project. Other factors such as soil type, site accessibility, and the size of the overall project can also have an impact on the final cost. Please contact one of our certified Pro Post Foundations installers in your region. He will be able to tell you exactly what type of screw pile is best suited for your project and how many you will need. He will also provide you with a cost estimate for your project and will work with you to schedule a convenient time for work to begin.
